I want TSCC
I'm quite elated.
But, at the same time a bit disappointed because something that I want so badly is out of stock. Idiotic. I bet they deliberately ordered those action figurines in such a small amount just because DMC is not so commercialized here in Malaysia. Stupid. I want one DMC action figurine soooo badly. The bearbrick version looks super adorable too.
They should not display this huge thing if they don't sell it. When I asked the salesman whether they sell the "DMC figure", he had no idea what I was talking about. He was looking at me as if I was bullshitting. Dumb. You display something big right there but you don't know the origins?
On a brighter note, she was being extra sweet today; bought me a copy of Final Fantasy Distant Worlds. Great CD. I'm currently listening to it as I blog. Fucking amazing music from Nobuo Uematsu, a compilation of the greatest songs from FF games, all orchestrated versions. Bloody wonderful. I'm in seventh heaven. Few of the songs brings back memories during my primary years.
Watched Confessions of a Shopaholic. Did not expect it to be good. Thought it was some typical suck ass chick flick. I was wrong because it was really amusing. Profoundly funny. Could not stop laughing. Dad is complaining as I blog because he doesn't know how to appreciate orchestra music. Too bad for him.
And I'm still not over Lena Headey. Why is she so hot? =)

a new turn
It has been a really long weekend. Came down to KL together with mom. This time, she left without me. It felt a tad strange but I have to get used to it. Will be missing my mom so much. (homophobic mom) lol. Spent the whole week getting necessary stuff. Tedious. Stalked the bus for 2 days just to figure out the timing and the exact route. Woke up 8.30 this morning just to try taking the bus. Dad calls it a test run. Whole journey takes 1 hour but dad was too busy reading newspaper, we missed one stop and we had to take another 50 minutes plus to get back to the first station. Bus trips are sooooo fucking boring. Now I really appreciate what my mom and grandpa have been doing for me for the past 11 years. Going by car is so much faster, comfortable and convenient. And I think that bus fare is something that should not exist in this era. I can still recall the buses in Australia. Clean. FOC. Best of all, the drivers are very polite and considerate. What do we get here? We pay but we get dirty buses (okay maybe not THAT dirty), but they're ridiculously rude.
Anyway, has anyone watched the leak version of X-Men Origins : Wolverine?
Great movie I must say. Could not stop watching it because like I said, it's great. If you have a copy of it, do yourself a favor, do not touch it. Dump it into the bin because the best scenes are all incomplete. I'll re-watch it when it gets released in Malaysia, which is either end of this month or early May (hopefully).
After months of searching, I gave up. I thought I'll never be able to watch the movie version of DMC. Surprisingly I found a mp4 format of the movie, converted specially for the psp. Was laughing throughout the movie. It's really not bad because they had to fit most stuff from the manga into a short movie. Ken'ichi did a great job. He looks dorky but when he "transforms" into Krauser (the character on the left), he's really freaky and funny. In case you think that his name sounds familiar, yes, he's the dude from Death Note. Metal has never been this funny.

it's frustrating
Watched Imagine Me & You for the second time today because I was so fed up. I've developed a crush on one of the main characters, played by Lena Headey. Thus, I'm so gonna get myself a copy of the tv series of Terminator just to see her. =)
Leaving Ipoh in 3 days time. Mom kept asking me whether I'll miss the house. She told me to take photos of my current bedroom. How funny.

cold water surrounds me
Insomnia is a combination of inconvenience and waste of time.
I saw a spaceship fly by your window
did you see it disappear?
Amie come sit on my wall and read me the story of Of O
Tell it like you still believe that the end of the century brings a change for you and me
Nothing unusual nothing's changed
Just a little older that's all
Mom bought a 160 gb external hd for herself. She said it's necessary for her to copy all her data so that she can bring them to KL. Necessary? Not so. I still think we should exchange. She'll do fine with my old crappy 80 gb external hd. Then I'll have more space to store my discographies and lgbt movies. Keep dreaming.

saving face
Anyways, it's such a fucking awesome movie. I've watched it twice. Watched it yesterday and I just watched it an hour ago. Crystal can be so scary sometimes. =o
What makes it special? It's an American Chinese romantic comedy. Romance + comedy = greatness, because there's no unnecessary bullshit, which also means no unnecessary crying. It's 50% in english, 50% in mandarin. Fortunately it comes with subtitles because most funny lines are in mandarin. Back to the story, it focuses on a surgeon who fell in love with a ballerina. Besides, surgeon's mom is in her late 40s and she just got pregnant. Everyone is shocked, without any clue who's the man responsible for the baby. Basically the movie's theme is more to being brave enough to love regardless of the age, gender, etc.
The movie is easy to relate to because of the cultural aspects. I'm a chinese, they're chinese. The taboos, etc., I've heard, watched...experienced them before. Next great thing about this movie, it's not those lustful kinda lgbt movies. People, watch this movie even though you're not gay. It's available on youtube. Just watch it for educational purpose. Did I mention that Will Smith produced this movie? =) and one last thing, the actresses are hot.

waaaaahaaiiii
Crisis Core's ending was too overwhelming. Thus yours truly decided to make a cover of the song used for the ending theme.
..and Happy April's Fool people! =)
